The Oracle Gatherings have exploded, growing to include hundreds of artists from all over the Northwest, Canada, and beyond! The events draw artists of every genre, including DJ's, musicians, dancers, visual artists, actors, video artists, circus performers, and culinary artists who share in creating the fullest experience of the theme.
Even with such phenomenal growth and community support, the Oracle Gatherings needs business community support in order to continue its mission and not only complete the 23 events symbolizing the Tarot Deck, but to ensure that events continue to happen once the deck is complete. Business support would also feed into a goal of the Oracle to provide assistance to sustainable businesses that honor the intentions of the community and further the mission of the organization. It is for this reason that we request your support by becoming a sponsor.
Sponsorship can come in many forms depending on your level of contribution. Sponsors are those who donate money, goods, and/or services for an event in return for recognition and endorsement in our promotional materials including, but not limited to, e-mail list, poster, website, product placement, toll-free info line, and so on. The following levels represent our guidelines and plans for sponsorship:
Starter Package: $50 - $99 or comparable donated goods
- Name/Business Name with text URL link on the Oracle Gathering website in sponsorship area
Basic Package: $100 - $299 or comparable donated goods
- Name/Business Name with text URL link on the Oracle Gathering website in sponsorship area
- Name/Business Name printed on the promotional flyer and event day brochure
- 1 free guest pass
Bronze Package: $300 - $499
- Name/Business Name with text URL link on the Oracle Gathering website in sponsorship area

- Logo on promotional flyer; Logo/Ad (~1/16th page) on event day brochure and website in sponsorship area
- 2 free guest passes
Silver Package: $500 - $999

- Name/Business Name printed on the promotional flyer and event day brochure
- Logo on promotional flyer; Logo/Ad (~1/16th page) on event day brochure and website in sponsorship area
- Banner or other visible representation of your business at the event

Gold Package: $1000 and up
