Capitol Hill Arts Center is located in the heart of Capitol Hill, Seattle, on the corner of 12th Ave. and E. Pine St., just East of the newly rennovated Cal Anderson Park (formerly the Loncoln Reservoir). The street address is 1621 - 12th Ave., Seattle, WA 98122

From I-90, take Exit 2-C for Madison St., make a right off the ramp and take Madison up to 12th Ave., make a left on 12th Ave., and go two blocks, crossing past E. Union and E. Pike. The next light that you will pass is E. Pine (the East Precinct Police Station on your left), go through that intersection and CHAC is the 2nd building on your left, just past the Liquor Store parking garage.

From 520 or from North, Head South on I-5 S. Take the Stewart St. exit (EXIT 166). Make a slight right onto Stewart St.—then get in the furthest left lane. Turn left onto Denny Way, then stay in the right hand lane for about 1/2 mile until you reach 12th Ave. Turn RIGHT onto 12th Ave. CHAC is located about 2 &1/2 blocks down 12th on the right side of the street, just before the next stop light (E. Pine St.).

From the South , take I-5 N. Take the Olive Way exit. Proceed up the hill on Olive Way. Olive Way will turn into John St. Cross over Broadway, still on John St. Take a right (now going South) on 12th Ave. Go about 4 blocks. CHAC is on your right, next to the liquor store that is on the corner of 12th Ave. & E. Pine St.

Parking, can be found on the streets surrounding CHAC and in the neighborhood pay lots. There are many spaces on the East side of Cal Anderson Park, which is just one block West of CHAC on 11th Ave. Pay lots are located on E. Pine St. between 12th Ave. and 13th Ave. and on E. Pike St. between 10th and 11th.
