Music at Rainbow Bridge
featuring... BLUETECH(Native State Records / Aleph Zero Records - Portland, OR) www.myspace.com/iambluetech |
Brooding. Ambient. Mystery. Filter-sweep trickery. Experimentation. Improvisation. Filled with emotion. These are some of the words that describe the sound of Bluetech. A classically trained pianist and master of the art of software production. Bluetech's love of the melodic and exquisite sense of sound design makes him one of the most ingenius producers today.
Bluetech's sound emerges from his custom-built Reaktor instruments and software based synthesisers as a primordial electro-dub alchemy. While encompassing musical touches from different parts of the globe, he presents a total blend, crossing genres and borders.
He is currently working on expanding his sound by exploring various side projects. The Evan Marc project is dub influences tech-house and minimal dancefloor spaciness. His Evan Bartholomew project is an avenue for deep ambient, beatless, and more symphonic and cinematically inspired music. |

Michael Manahan has been involved in the underground visionary arts culture in Seattle for over 14 years as a DJ and event and music producer. Hailing from the burgeoning San Francisco house scene of the early 90s, Michael co-produced the original northwest full-moon celebrations. Holding several residencies and as co-founder of the Oracle Gatherings, Michael has led multitudes up and down the west coast through their dance journeys, from San Francisco to Vancouver, B.C. through Ashland and Portland and out to Hawaii. His style remains deep, tribal house dipped in funk, accompanied by beats that ripple up through your feet. With an eclectic composition, he crosses boundaries by weaving together a confluence of musical styles, but almost always with funky tribal and dubby influences at the roots.

Osiris Indriya(Oracle Gatherings, Iboga Records, IOSIS Art Party - Seattle) www.osirisindriya.com |
Osiris Indriya is a true musical magician. His studies in hermetic ritual magick and years of schooling in music composition have merged into an explosion of tribal percussion, deep atmospheres, and chunky relentless basslines. His hard and funky tribal progressive sound has been featured along side Simon Posford (Shpongle / Hallucinogen / Younger Brother - Twisted Records), Ticon (Digital Structures), Atmos and Human Blue (Spiral Trax / ACDC) and has made him as an official label DJ for Iboga Records from Denmark (www.iboga.dk). Osiris has performed peak hour sets at Shambhala Music Festival in Salmo, BC; the Earthdance hub event in Laytonville, California; The Dreamtime Festival in Paonia, CO; The Double 6 in Kuta, Bali; and countless underground forest parties, beach parties, club nights and concerts all over the US, Canada, and Japan.
Driven to take the Seattle electronic music scene to the next level, Osiris has been a major creative force in several Seattle area event production companies. In 2001 he co-founded the Oracle Gatherings, a series of multimedia arts festivals and events focused on integrating celebration with spirit through the themes of an original Tarot Deck (www.oraclegatherings.com). In 2005 he helped create Infinite Connections to bring the best of Europe's tribal progressive trance music to the Pacific Northwest in IOSIS Art Parties and the massive semi-annual Kinetic and Magnetic events at the Pacific Science Center (www.infiniteconnections.org).
As his dance floor audiences grew, Osiris was inspired to create his own brand of original music; his first progressive and downtempo CD, "Reach Within" on Locus Music; a remix of Antix "Little Honey" with Australia's SunControlSpecies released by Iboga Records; and this melancholic chill out track "Gifted" which has been in regular rotation on SomaFM's Groove Salad internet radio. Rob Noble(Seattle) |
Music has always been a huge part of my life, being trained in classical piano to playing bass in a punk rock band I always knew that my life would revolve around music. At age 17 I moved to Seattle to pursue my love with electronic music and found myself hosting many events and DJ'ing regularly. After releasing a few CD's that circulated around the country I starting receiving bookings from East Coast to Alaska and places in between. As I progress in my journey through life my musical taste always evolve and I look forward to what the future has to offer.

Kevin Hills(Seethrusound - Santa Monica, CA) |
I started mixing sort of by chance and was making mellow mixes to chillout to. I enjoyed the idea of creating seamless, flowing stories. Fourteen years later I feel the same approach but have branched out into many different genres like, house, downtempo, breaks, drum and bass, techno, progressive, and wherever good music leads me. I aim to be as versatile as possible and am very comfortable playing different levels of music, from energizing dancefloor, soulful groove, to soothing chillout. I enjoy the incredible creative outlet that mixing allows. These days there are so many DJ's and so much music is designed to mix together without much creativity... I am much more interested in sharing great songs with character than I am in playing boring, tracky sets. I like to feel the vibe as well as try to keep things interesting by playing my most favourite inspiring tracks.

| Skoi Sirius(Oracle Gatherings, audiblebicycleday - Seattle) http://theskoi.com |
Hailing from somewhere currently undetermined in the Universe, Skoi Sirius has been a lover of many types of music through his twenty-five years on this planet. After hearing a dose of analog drum&bass in 2001, his life started to shift into the path it is now. The culture of the electronic underground is much of the reason why he is who he is today. Bringing what has been called “heady” music to the turntables (yes, still playing with shellac wax!), he will choose to put your brain through a synthesis process that will only help further everyone’s appreciation for that of which progresses music, and of course, the mind.
