A journey that formally began at the Brian Utting School of Massage has taken many roads and explored many paths of healing including the path of the initiate. She has received the Adept, Teacher, and Guide levels of initiation through the 7th Mystery School in the Lineage of King Solomon and is also initiated as a Ritual Master and Shaman. These tools have aided her ability to assist in the multidimentional healing process of her clients and she seeks to guide all in their path to personal empowerment. Suzanne Friedman has been a licensed massage therapist since 1996, a Reiki practitioner since 2000, and a Reiki Master since 2004. She studied at the Northwest School Of Healing in Redmond, WA where she studied earth energy healing techniques under a graduate of Barbara Brennan named Pat Hamilton. Suzanne currently gifts two energy work sessions to the community per week, and I am a teaching assistant at Ashmead College.

Ed Antkowiak began his study of Traditional Japanese Medicine in 1982, at the Kototama Institute in Santa Fe, NM. He is a graduate of both the Kototama Institute and the Northwest Institute of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, and has taught at most of the acupuncture schools in the Seattle area. Ed has sought out and trained with a number of unusual teachers, both in the medical field and in the martial arts.

Ed is experienced and trained in manual treatment and in acupuncture, moxabustion (a heat treatment of acupuncture points, in the Japanese style), and other therapeutic specialties from various different cultures. Ed's belief is that if you understand what is happening with you, medically and otherwise, you will be more prepared to manage your own healing progression. During a typical session at his office, he will take time to explain to you the nature of your condition, what he finds while examining you, and might give you some self-treatment strategies that you can use to support your treatments.
